The game

Emberkin is a free game in early access. Features, balance and content may change, and the service may be interrupted or reset while the game is being developed. Amber and all other in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be bought or sold.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to play.
Keep your password private. One account per person.
Choose names that are not offensive, hateful or impersonating someone else. We may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.

Chat and mail

Be decent to other players. No harassment, hate, threats, spam or sharing anyone's personal details (including your own). You can mute any Chief and report a message. Moderators may remove names, close chat for a player for a while, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack or overload the server, or try to access other players' accounts. Accounts that do may be suspended or deleted.

Content

All game art, story, characters, music and code are original works of the Emberkin project or are used under licenses that allow it (see the credits in the game's README). You may share screenshots and videos of the game.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for lost progress or interruptions.
